The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 requires that postsecondary institutions participating in federal student aid programs disclose information from various administrative areas to students and the public. Georgetown College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), and is licensed by the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education.
