Disputes arising hereunder are subject to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of the United States of America located in Kentucky and/or the state courts of Kentucky. Any such dispute shall be resolved in Scott Circuit Court in Georgetown, Kentucky or in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
